Appeal order in favor of the consignee in goods in transit case in Jhansi

Vehicle carrying marble from Rajasthan to Uttar Pradesh was intercepted in Jhansi and was booked under section 129 of the act on the grounds of lack of necessary documents at the time of interception. The taxable person preferred first appeal against the order passed by the learned proper officer and argued that all the documents were available with the driver at the time of interception. The appellant also produced other documentary evidences with showed the genuineness of the transaction. Adv. Vikram Gogra, Adv. Vaibhav Gogra along with Adv. Kaushal Soni acted on this matter and obtained an appeal order in favour of the appellant.
