GST Appellate Tribunal finally shaping up in India

Members of the Jaipur Tax Bar Association (along with Vikram Gogra and Vaibhav Gogra) welcomed the Hon'ble Members of the GST Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur Bench, alongside Pr. Commissioner (CGST) at the CGST headquarters, Jaipur. The long-awaited appointment and functioning of the GSTAT seems to be finally over. With more than 200 cases ready to be filed from our office in the first slot, there is certainly a plethora of appeal cases pending to be filed at the GSTAT across India for speedy and substantive justice. Tax litigation now looks easier for India.
