Interim stay granted against 35 Crores Rupees standing Recovery against the Assessee

Team at Gogra and Associates secured an Interim stay from the Rajasthan Tax Board against the standing recovery of 35 crores against the Assessee under the RVAT Act. This stay was granted on the condition of producing a bank guarantee against the said demand amount.
