Rajasthan High Court grants bail to the taxpayer being behind bars from 3 months in Rs. 10 crore tax evasion case

Rajasthan High Court was pleased to grant bail to the taxpayer/accused who was behind bars from 17.09.2025 (3 months) in an alleged tax evasion case of Rs. 10 Crore. Chargesheet was filed in this case, and the accused’s health was deteriorating in the jail premises. Considering all the arguments, the Court granted bail on 17.12.2025. This case reflects and upholds the law: Bail is the right and jail is an exception.
