Success in Writ filed at Ahmedabad High Court for prompt disposal of Customs Appeal of Rs. 90 Lakhs

Vaibhav Gogra and Aaditya Soni secured a major relief for the client by successfully getting the WRIT decision from the Ahmedabad High Court. Goods worth Rs. 90 Lakhs were seized at Kandla SEZ port in Gujarat from March 2024, upon filing the appeal at the Customs Appeal, there was no action on the matter. Gujarat High Court heard the parties and ordered that the appeal be decided within 30 days; failure of which will result in provisional release of the goods. This case was filed and argued in the universal interest of justice and fast resolution of matters in the Indian litigation sphere.
