Advocate Vikram Gogra has been practicing since 1991 in the courts of India. His core specialization is Indirect Taxation laws. 

His eclectic clientele includes big corporations, individuals, partnership firms, government enterprises, trusts, etc. He was also offered to become a Government advocate in indirect taxation; however, Vikram did not accept the offer because of his strong dedication to seeking justice for his clients. 

He has been regularly appearing before all the adjudicating authorities, appellate authorities, taxation boards and tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. 

His academic acumen and passion are reflected in the many articles and publications throughout the practice.  An integral part of the Jaipur Tax Bar Association, he has served in every post of the offices in the association. 

He has also been accoladed by many seniors in the profession for his sharp advocacy skills.

Recently, he was selected and called for interaction by the search and selection committee for the GSTAT judicial member across India. His results are still awaited. Meanwhile, he has taken on new responsibilities in the profession by also increasing the pro bono work in the firm. He strongly believes that justice should be accessible to everyone in the country.

His reputation and works speak louder than any description. A person with high integrity and morals, when Vikram takes on a client, he puts his best effort to get results beyond their expectations. This is a testament to the strong foundation this firm holds, following the roots laid down by our founding partner, Shri Shyam Sunder Gogra. 

Along with strong practice in courts, he is equally amenable within the professional cohort of Advocates, CAs, and CSs, etc. He believes that every person is noble and teaches something new in life. Following the same principles, he has trained many juniors who have become established lawyers in their lives and are doing well in their fields.
